

KTEL Heraklion – Lassithi S.A., faithful to its annual commitment and in close cooperation with the Nikos Kazantzakis Museum, announces the launch of the bus route to Myrtia, further enhancing access for visitors to one of the most important cultural destinations in Crete.
The cooperation with the Nikos Kazantzakis Museum continues steadily every year, highlighting the shared commitment to promoting cultural heritage and facilitating public access to the life and work of the great Cretan writer.
As of Monday, 29 June 2026, the new service will be in effect:
• Departure from Heraklion: 13:00
• Arrival in Myrtia: 13:40
• Departure from Myrtia: 16:30
