LUGGAGE INSIDE THE BUS

For passenger safety and the smooth operation of our services, only small hand luggage containing personal belongings and backpacks measuring up to 40 × 25 × 20 cm are permitted inside the passenger cabin, provided they can be safely stored in the designated areas of the bus.

Larger backpacks, suitcases and other bulky items must be placed in the bus luggage compartment.

Luggage must not be placed in the aisles, near exits, or in any location where it may obstruct the safe movement or evacuation of passengers.

NOTE: Valuables, cash, personal documents, laptops, tablets, mobile phones and other electronic devices should not be placed in the bus luggage compartment. Passengers are advised to keep these items with them in a small piece of hand luggage inside the passenger cabin.
