KTEL Heraklion–Lasithi S.A. places courtesy, professionalism, and responsible passenger service among its highest priorities. Our staff are expected to provide accurate information and treat every passenger with respect and understanding.

Likewise, we expect passengers to show the same courtesy and respect towards our employees, whose experience and professional training contribute daily to the safe and smooth operation of our bus services.

• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited on buses and agencies.
• Food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed inside the buses.
• People who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs are prohibited from travelling.
• The use of seat belts is mandatory for all passengers, at their own risk.
