Tips for a Safe and Pleasant Journey

Tickets and Reservations

We recommend that passengers arrive at the departure station in good time and check bus schedules through our official website or ticket offices.

Seat reservations are available exclusively for boarding at intermediate stops on the Heraklion–Chania route, by calling:

Ticket Cancellations and Refunds

The following refund policy applies to ticket cancellations:

·         70% refund of the ticket price for cancellations made at least 8 hours before departure.

·         50% refund for cancellations made less than 8 hours but at least 1 hour before departure.

·         No refund is provided in cases of no-show or late cancellation.

In exceptional circumstances, the company may consider requests for partial refunds on serious social or humanitarian grounds.

Luggage

·         Attach a label with your name and contact number to your luggage.

·         Keep money, personal documents, and valuables in your hand luggage.

·         Follow staff instructions regarding luggage storage.

·         Do not place luggage on passenger seats or in the aisles.

Travelling with Pets

Small pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed on board, provided they are kept in a secure, enclosed pet carrier with maximum dimensions of 50 × 40 × 35 cm, within the passenger compartment.

Unaccompanied animals are not permitted.

Assistance dogs accompanying passengers with disabilities are transported in accordance with applicable regulations.

Safety Rules

·         Seat Belts: Passengers must wear seat belts wherever they are fitted.

·         Smoking: Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited on board.

·         Food and Drinks: Consuming food, coffee, or other beverages is not permitted on board. Only water is allowed.

·         Alcohol and Substances: Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused boarding if their condition poses a risk to the safety of the journey.

·         Staff Instructions: Passengers must follow staff instructions to ensure a safe journey.
