Travel of Unaccompanied Minors
The aim of "K.T.E.L. HERAKLION - LASSITHI S.A." is to make the journey of all passengers a safe, pleasant, and comfortable experience. Drivers, ticket collectors, inspectors, ticket issuers, and warehouse workers are available to assist passengers with special needs, ensuring the best possible service.
Minors over 12 years old can travel with our company under the supervision of the driver, provided that prior telephone communication has been made with their parents or guardians, contact numbers have been provided, and there are individuals designated by the parents or guardians to await their arrival at the destination.
